Hugh Liney:  Now Craig, BPM or Business Process Management is it now a dirty word or phrase tell us about it?  

Craig Reid:  Well to a certain extent I believe it is, because with allocating any three letter acronym onto something it almost becomes seen as the latest and greatest thing and the problem with making it the latest and greatest thing is it is never really is the latest and greatest thing for that long. Rather than being a fad or a buzzword BPM needs to be seen as being part of the way things are done in an organisation, part of an organisations DNA...."
